STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT, ORGANIZATIONAL DIVERSITY OF SCHOOL HEADS AND SCHOOL PERFORMANCE

This study aimed to determine the Strategic Management Practices of School Heads and Organizational Diversity High Performing Public Secondary Schools in Division Laguna. A total 290 public secondary school teachers participated this research. The self-made questionnaires was used perceptions teachers. results revealed that Planning, Leadership governance, Curriculum learning, resource, Budget allocation Continuous improvement strategic management practices observed have a significant relationship performance selected schools is based on computed t values obtained from tests which were greater than critical value. Work attitudes, Job commitment, experience, involvement Laguna except for Roles responsibilities.
